I'm Precious Crawford, aka 'Coach P'. I am a Senior HR Leader, Global Career Expert, and Career Success Strategist. I also have the honour of being the founder of Get in 2 Tech. I'm an outgoing introvert (INFJ to be exact), with an unparalleled love and knowledge of Jazz, REAL hip-hop, and elephants. I am based in London, UK, with my husband (an American expat) and toddler daughter. I have worked and lived in the US, and I originally started my professional career in law.

Six years ago, I made a transformative decision to leave my prestigious HR role at a top investment firm and join Meta (formerly Facebook, Inc.). At Meta, I thrived—earning two promotions, leading an incredible team, and significantly increasing my salary by over £100,000 in less than five years. Now, as a seasoned HR Leader driving impact in International HR for a Cloud Tech company, I leverage my extensive experience to coach clients into top tech roles at companies like Google, Meta, and Spotify. My mission is to debunk myths about breaking into top tech firms and to empower others to take bold steps toward their career goals.
