I became a career strategist because there's immense satisfaction in seeing someone land a fulfilling career, knowing the skills they've gained will open doors to financial security, personal fulfillment, and exciting career paths. By helping people acquire the right knowledge and guidance, I strive to level the playing field in the global tech industry, ensuring everyone has a fair shot at success. I see potential in individuals they might not yet realize themselves and empower them through the interview process and salary negotiations, leading them to positions that truly reflect their worth. Contributing to a more skilled and innovative workforce drives progress within the tech ecosystem, and having faced my own challenges in the tech job market, I am passionate about helping others avoid those hurdles, understanding the power of mentorship and the importance of giving back to the community.
